I take pictures of my jewelry in natural and very bright lighting. I do not touch up my jewelry through photo manipulation. What I have listed is what is shipped. I take very great care in creating high quality jewelry.

Therefore, I do not accept returns. 

Please be aware that monitors do not have the same color setting or brightness levels. When buying my jewelry, please keep in mind there may be a slight color variance due to what your monitor is set at.

I do reimburse charges if USPS happens to lose the package. This would be confirmed through Delivery Confirmation. Reimbursement will occur after the shipping insurance company has reimbursed me. I reimburse through PayPal only.
